We’re looking for a motivated QA Support Engineer to join our team in Zagreb. In this role, you will bridge the gap between quality assurance and customer support, ensuring the reliability, performance, and maintainability of SAFR systems used worldwide. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall reliability of our products.

Your responsibilities:

• Build deep knowledge of SAFR’s hardware and software solutions for video surveillance.
• Provide technical expertise and direct support to customers on issues involving software, hardware, cameras, facial recognition, and related data processing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain QA automation pipelines, and related deployment systems.
• Create automated tests to measure face recognition performance and system reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology/engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience with Python for automation and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with Linux internals and system administration.
• Understanding of service architectures and REST APIs.
• Experience with QA automation practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (monitoring and automated testing).
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Proxmox, Ansible, and Git version control (e.g., GitLab).
• English language proficiency.
• Familiarity with AWS services is a plus (EC2, ELB, CloudWatch).
