Position Overview:
The SAFR business is looking for a resourceful and creative account executive to drive sales of a new retail solution. This role is ideal for the motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives on identifying and closing opportunities. What you’ll do:
- Identify and engage with mainly mid-market and independent retailers to understand their retail loss prevention challenges and effectively position our unique value proposition.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to generate leads and accelerate sales cycles.
- Own the full sales process—from prospecting to closing.
- Educate retailers on the value of our innovative loss prevention solution.
- Provide customer feedback to influence product direction.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of successful experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience selling loss prevention solutions to retailers (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and close deals
- Entrepreneurial mindset—excited about selling something new in a high-potential market.
- Strong communicator who can navigate sales conversations with independent and mid-market retailers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where creativity and persistence drive success.
- Ideally based in Washington State or on the West Coast of the US
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time or as needed to achieve sales objectives.
Salary range for this full-time role is $120,000-$150,000/yr (salary + variable), depending on seniority and experience. This position is eligible to participate in our US Benefits Program (Details here)
