Sales Support Specialist – LATAM (Part-Time) – SAFR from RealNetworks 

Location: Remote — Preference: Mexico, Colombia, Brazil 
Languages: Spanish + English required; Portuguese preferred 
Compensation: Hourly, part-time

Role Summary 

We are seeking an organized, proactive Sales Support Specialist to enable our sales growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this part time role, you will assist Sales and Operations with quoting, deal coordination, order tracking, CRM management, and ongoing customer communication. You will help keep our revenue engine running smoothly — ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and strong relationships with prospects and customers. 

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping processes efficient and customers happy. 

Responsibilities 

  • Keep CRM records up to date with strong data integrity 

  • Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, availability, orders, and invoice follow-ups 

  • Prepare quotes, help to manage orders, and assist with contract creation and management 

  • Coordinate calls, demos, follow-ups, and handoffs with Sales 

  • Maintain accurate customer and deal information in HubSpot 

  • Support lead nurturing, customer satisfaction, and re-engagement activities 

  • Assist with general sales admin tasks (files, reporting, communications, meeting attendance) 

  • Help identify process improvements to streamline sales workflows 

What You Bring 

  • Fluent Spanish & English (Portuguese a strong plus) written and verbal 

  • Customer service mindset with clear, professional communication (written and verbal) 

  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail 

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not required) 

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams 

Bonus Experience 

  • Working with software or technology solutions, namely facial recognition or access control 

  • Familiarity with the LATAM market 

  • HubSpot experience
